Marianne Rogoff is the author of the Pushcart Prize nominated story collection Love Is Blind in One Eye: 7 Stories, the memoir Silvie’s Life, and numerous travel stories, short fictions, essays, and book reviews.

“Consuela Speaks Her Mind” is a finalist in Narrative magazine’s Spring Story Contest.

In 2018, her work also made the Short List for the Bath International Novella-in-Flash Award, Top 10 for Sequestrum’s Editor’s Reprint Award, and Top 10 for the Tillie Olsen Short Story Award.

Her story "Attention" is one of three Top 10 Tillie Olsen Award winners to be published in the July 2018 issue of Tishman Review.

She teaches in the MFA in Creative Writing program at Dominican University of California and the Department of Writing & Literature at California College of the Arts in San Francisco and Oakland.
